We accept Aetna, Anthem BC, BCBS, United Healthcare, & Sana Benefits.
All appointments are screened for insurance verification and may get canceled if your insurance carrier will not cover medical nutrition therapy. We do our best to let you know as far in advance as possible, but sometimes it will happen at the last minute due to the volume of clients.
These appointments are scheduled through and managed by our health insurance billing service, Berry Street.
*An active credit card is required to keep on file for sessions your insurance may not cover as well as No-Shows and Cancellations/Reschedules less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
We accept payments with most major credit cards through our payment processor, Square, and electronic medical record system, Kalix.
Self-Pay: Initial Nutrition Assessments are 60 minutes, which is $165.
Self-Pay: Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes, which is $85.
Clients who ran out of insurance coverage for MNT sessions while working with me on another platform are eligible for significantly reduced pricing for follow-ups, 30-60 minute sessions are $30-60. Choose one of the Special Pricing follow-up appointment options if you meet the criteria. Fill out the contact form or send an email if you are uncertain whether you meet this criteria.
